David O'Keefe, Lead Trial Lawyer, Partner
David graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in pre-law. David went on to graduate from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2010. While in law school, David was the legislative director for the Missouri Law Democrats and worked as a clerk for the Columbia City Counselor’s office.
Following law school, David has devoted his entire legal career to representing accident victims. He specializes in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents as well as slip and fall and dog bite injuries. His extensive experience and aggressive litigation skills have resulted in millions of dollars in recovery for his clients through both settlements and trial.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children outdoors, working out, and watching Michigan State athletics with his friends.

Cindy Jenaway, No-Fault Director
Cindy is our Pre-Suit Director and has 14 years’ experience handling no-fault claims. Her diligence and vast experience in dealing with insurance companies ensures our clients’ personal injury protection benefits are paid timely and consistently.
In her spare time, Cindy loves to golf, travel, and spend time with her husband, family, and dog, Molly.
Julie Pittman, Legal Assistant
Julie is an experienced Legal Assistant for over 30 years in the field of personal injury and family law. She received her Legal Assistant Certificate from the Academy of Court Reporting in 1991.
During the week, you can find Julie preparing legal documents, responding to emails, talking with the courts and much more.
Due to her experience in the legal field, she is highly knowledgeable about the law. Julie is very ambitious, dedicated, loyal and is a hard worker. She speaks and treats all of the clients with kindness and respect.
Outside of working, Julie loves to spend time with her two grandsons, Ethan and Jordan, as well as spending time with her two dogs, Bobo and Bobbie. Julie also enjoys spending her Sundays watching the Detroit Lions!
Samantha Adsit, Litigation Assistant
While working a for a law firm, Sam decided she wanted to further her education in the legal field. She went on to graduate from Oakland Community College with a Paralegal Degree.
Sam provides litigation support and enjoys working for AIA where she can help make a difference in our clients’ lives.
When she is not working, Sam enjoys traveling and discovering new places to visit.
