David O'Keefe, Lead Trial Lawyer, Partner
David graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in pre-law. David went on to graduate from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2010. While in law school, David was the legislative director for the Missouri Law Democrats and worked as a clerk for the Columbia City Counselor’s office.
Following law school, David has devoted his entire legal career to representing accident victims. He specializes in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents as well as slip and fall and dog bite injuries. His extensive experience and aggressive litigation skills have resulted in millions of dollars in recovery for his clients through both settlements and trial.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and children outdoors, working out, and watching Michigan State athletics with his friends.

While working a for a law firm, Sam decided she wanted to further her education in the legal field. She went on to graduate from Oakland Community College with a Paralegal Degree.
Sam provides litigation support and enjoys working for AIA where she can help make a difference in our clients’ lives.
When she is not working, Sam enjoys traveling and discovering new places to visit.
